Outside of our regular trading hours, Rabbit Hole can exclusively be hired for three WHOLE hours! Whether you are looking to celebrate a birthday, christening, graduation or any other big moments - the opportunities are endless!
A venue hire includes access to Rabbit Hole's four wonder-filled worlds, indoor rock climbing which offers a fun challenge for children of all ages and access to our sensory dance floor where guests can dance the night away.
Venue hire session times start from 6pm to 9pm.

Venue Hire Pricing
Up to 250 guests including adults & children (aged 2+).
If you have more than 250 guests, an additional surcharge of $5 per person
Venue hires are available from Monday to Sunday from 6pm to 9pm for three hours.
For extra time, $500 for every 30 minutes.

With seven walls that range in difficulty, our indoor rock climbing is sure to offer a fun challenge for children of all ages and abilities with a weight restriction of 20kg and over!
Explore space
and the wonders of the universe
Our venue consists of a six-metre-high Space World for children as well as adults to challenge themselves in a world where they can blast off to the stars. They will participate in an exciting space adventure as they scramble through tunnels and uneven platforms, going higher and higher up the multiple-level structure.
For those not fond of heights can float like an aspiring astronauts and fly like a superhero on our spongy moonwalk floor for an anti-gravity experience.
Let your imagination run wild
and explore the wonderful Sea, Forest, Carnival and Space Worlds
Navigate through the sea in our Sea World
Your guests will have access to Sea World, a series of climbing frames and giant beach huts that interconnects with multiple ramps and slides of different varieties.
Enter Rabbit Hole and see our tall wooden ship filled with thousands of balls – the highlight of every child’s visit. These balls are regularly cleaned by a special machine so that they are in tip-top shape every time you visit us! There are endless things to do!
Discover a village hiding in our Forest
Children can run through the rainforest or climb the treetops from tree pod to tree pod or explore up high in the forest canopy through the treetop walk. Hidden down are some imaginative play with our fun pretend play stores - the Gelateria, the Florist or our Mechanic Shop decked out in furnishings perfectly sized for the little ones.
Important Information
Bookings
To make a booking, a payment of 50% deposit and a $500 refundable security bond will be required.
At the time of booking, please provide the estimated number of guests (adults & children). The confirmed number of guests attending to be provided 3 days prior to the event.
Payment is also regarded as acceptance of our Private Hire Terms & Conditions and General Terms of Entry
Cancellations
Notification of cancellations must be provided in writing. All 50% deposits are non-refundable. Once the event date is confirmed and the deposit taken, Rabbit Hole is committed to the event and will not consider any other bookings despite the requests received.
Venue Access
Access to your event is provided for 30 minutes to set up at 5.30pm. Please note earlier access is not permitted during our standard operational hours. Public access for all guest and/or suppliers is via the front main entrance at Ticket Office only
Supervision and Safety
All guest must comply with the instructions and height requirements displayed at each play area. Any guests under 16yrs old attending the event are to be supervised at all times by a responsible adult, including in bathrooms and surrounding areas.
The person booking the event referred to as the 'organiser' must ensure that children are not at risk on entering or leaving the venue. The organiser will also be responsible for the conduct of all guests and for the condition of the venue, its contents and surroundings.

Conditions of Entry
For safety and hygiene reasons, Rabbit Hole has a ‘no outside footwear’ policy. All guests are required to remove their shoes and wear socks before entering this includes adults and children. All outside footwear must be stored in the designated shoe cubbies provided. Socks can also be purchased from our Ticket Office for $2.00 in case you forget!
Food & Drinks
Rabbit Hole is an Allergy Aware Centre. We do not allow external foods containing nuts or durian to reduce the risk of reaction via cross contamination. This also applies to grazing tables that may contain nut ingredients (i.e. Nutella).
Crockery, glassware and utensils will not be provided. You must bring in your own personal crockery, cutlery.
Our venue is not a licensed venue – it is the responsibility of the organiser to obtain a liquor license should you intend to serve alcohol.
There is no kitchen facilities available as part of the hire including use of fridges, freezers and microwave. There is no cooking on site. Open flame cooking and cooking appliances connected to gas bottles is prohibited inside and outside of the venue. Should fire alarms be activated through breach of this condition, the charges incurred as a result of Fire Brigade attendance will be the sole responsibility of the organiser.
Food and drinks can only be consumed at the designed eating area only. Food is not permitted in play areas and/or play equipment. Consumption of food and drinks not within the designed eating area is at the risk of the Customer and additional cleaning fees may apply.
A drinks tab can be opened - Guests may choose any stocked beverage from the fridge and can either pay as they go or open a drinks tab. There is additional charges if you would like the cafe or barista onsite.
Decorations & Theming
Any decorations or theming must receive prior written approval from the bookings team. Should you choose to arrange any additional theming for the space, the use of confetti, glitter scatters, party poppers is prohibited. All helium balloons are to be tied down with a weighty object.
Due to our limited storage, event props are subject to approval based on the size, safety and available storage space on the day. Rabbit Hole will not be responsible for any items left on premises.
If you engage with an external supplier, you must seek approval and they must be listed on our preferred supplier list. Please note we have venue theming guidelines that apply to our venue hires, for more information send us an email to bookings@rabbitholeplaycentre.com.au
