ENTRY
We recommend pre-purchasing tickets online during school holidays to avoid delays.
QUIET HOUR
Rabbit Hole is a fun place to be with a hive of activities, however we understand that some families may have to plan their day more carefully to ensure there is some quiet time and space to relax. Whilst everyone is welcome every day of the week, if you prefer less crowds, the quieter days are likely to be from Monday to Friday.
Noise cancellation headphones are available from our Ticket Office if you forget to bring your own.

Please use our hand sanitisers before entering and throughout your visit.
Remember to stay home if you feel any symptoms of illness and visit us when you are well again!
No Outside Shoes
SOCKS ON AT ALL TIMES
We’re a shoe-free centre because we want to keep the floors safe for our little crawlers. Socks must be worn by both adults and kids upon entering – so don’t forget to pack a pair of socks when visiting!
In case you forget, socks are available to purchase at Ticket Office.
