Plan your visit
At Rabbit Hole we always want your visit to be as enjoyable as possible, whatever your plans.
We have put together everything you need to know, so you can easily find what you need before, during and after your visit to Rabbit Hole.
We're opened every day of the year from Monday to Sunday from 9.30am to 5pm except for some public holidays.
Book a ticket online. This is recommended if you wish to visit on a particular day.
Walk-in entry is available each day — no booking required! However, you may experience a wait time during busy periods such as weekends
We recommend pre-purchasing tickets online during school holidays to avoid delays.
Rabbit Hole is a fun place to be with a hive of activities, however we understand that some families may have to plan their day more carefully to ensure there is some quiet time and space to relax. Whilst everyone is welcome every day of the week, if you prefer less crowds, the quieter days are likely to be from Monday to Friday.
Noise cancellation headphones are available from our Ticket Office if you forget to bring your own.
